Camptodactylia
Permanent flexion of one or both interphalangeal joints of one or more fingers, usually the little finger; often congenital in origin.
Synonym: camplodactyly, streblodactyly.

Camptodactyly is a medical condition involving fixed flexion deformity of the interphalangeal joints of the little finger. This involves permament flexure of one or more phlanges (fingers).
